Who we are

Rollwise is a service by Code Pencil [legal entity, address], the makers of Pagewright. For privacy questions write to [privacy email].

What we collect

• Beta waitlist: your email, and optionally your role and the rule you want to switch on first. We use it only to contact you about the Rollwise beta.
• Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and load times without cookies and without identifying you.
• ClickUp account (once you connect it): your ClickUp user ID, name, email, the workspaces you authorise, and an access token, encrypted at rest.
• Task changes: to run your rules we receive ClickUp's notice of each change in the lists you choose, and keep it for 7 days so no change is missed. We keep which task belongs to which parent, and a log of the changes Rollwise made.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
• We do not use your ClickUp content to train AI models.

Processors

Rollwise runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, queues, web analytics), with data stored in the EU. [Add the payment provider and email provider once chosen.]

Legal basis and your rights

We process waitlist data with your consent and account data to provide the service you signed up for. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time, and withdraw consent by replying to any email. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until the beta ends or you ask us to delete them. Task changes are deleted after 7 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closing your account.
